Hey! and welcome to the EPTI June Newsletter !!
Now that we’ve just finished our May Advanced PT Diploma practical course, it’s time to reflect on all the new features that we’ve implemented and how they’ve further improved the EPTI student experience!
Having outgrown our last gym… we fell in love with the space and were wowed by all the kit at our new gym training facility.
Sometimes the spinning classes got a little bit loud… but the new spin studio being built this month will resolve that issue in time for our September practical course!
As a result of moving gyms, we also changed our student accommodation to be closer to the gym and to the outdoor beach training area. These apartments proved to be a great success too, especially the pool!
Talking of the beach training area- we were able to take advantage of the marvellous Mediterranean climate and hold many of our sessions outdoors on the beach. Not only did we run practical padwork, bootcamp, circuits and kettlebell sessions there, but we also made use of a covered area as a beachfront classroom to even get some of our theory sessions done there too!
This course was also a first for us to venture into CPR & First Aid certification. For all future courses we will continue to offer this qualification as a “bolt-on” to the Advanced PT Diploma. The course is delivered by a specialist First Aid training company and costs just £150 to enrol through EPTI.
And finally, our Student PT Clinic was fully booked every evening that we ran it!!
All of our students that chose to offer their services were rewarded with multiple PT sessions with members of the public.
The benefit of coming out of their comfort zone and honing their exercise delivery to strangers meant that they were able to polish their skills ahead of the practical assessments, and more importantly ensure that the first time they train somebody is not with a paying client!
Looking ahead, we’ve got loads to look forward to later this summer at EPTI…
We’re now ALMOST fully booked for the Advanced PT Diploma September practical course that runs from 13th – 26th. We have a couple of spots left, so if you’re interested in enrolling, please email toby@europeanpti.com for an enrolment form.
Whats new for the September & November courses?
In addition to the “bolt-on” CPR & First Aid course, we will also be offering Suspension Movement Training Instructor (also better known as TRX training) as another extra to the Advanced PT Diploma.
The cost of this course is just £150 to anybody already enrolled onto the Diploma course.
